Home Visits and Emergencies

Please telephone reception before 10:30 am if you require a home visit. You will be asked details of your symptoms so that the doctor can judge the urgency of your request. Please tell us where you are and how to get there if asked. If you phone after this time, your visit may be delayed to the following day at the discretion of the doctor.

In an emergency, contact the surgery number at any time. At times there may be an answer phone giving you the number to call so please be patient and follow the message carefully. Outside opening hours, your call will be diverted to NHS24, who will pass on your details to the on call doctor in Wick.

On a Tuesday afternoon, the surgery is closed. As a courtesy, emergency calls from 10.30am onwards will be dealt with by the doctor based in Lybster.
