Repeat Prescription Requests

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered and collected from reception where authorised by the doctor. Please allow 24 hours notice for collection, and collect after 2pm; sometimes this may be longer if we have to order in the medication. Please also note that all patients on repeat medication require regular review, so you may sometimes be asked to see the doctor first.

When collecting your prescription, please make sure you have money or proof of exemption unless you are over 60. You will also now receive a reorder slip, which you can use to hand in at the desk, or to phone in. This is to prevent waste, as sometimes you may not need everything on the list. Items not on this list will also need to be authorised by the doctor, who may ask for you to make an appointment.
